Are the electric fireplaces safe to use?

Yes, both the electric and bio-ethanol fireplaces are safe when installed and used according to instructions. All appliances are designed and equipped with various safety features that make use completely safe. Safety features that have been applied include temperature sensors, liquid meters and time locks. In this way, we can guarantee safe use of the fireplaces. Because all appliances are equipped with glass, you can never come into direct contact with the fire.

 

Can I install an electric fireplace anywhere?

Do I need to install special outlets or wiring for the electric fireplace?

No, the electric fireplaces can be connected to standard 230V outlets. However, take into account a maximum load of 2 kW when the heating module is used at its highest setting.

 

How much electricity does an electric fireplace consume?

Power consumption varies depending on the model and usage. On average, the electric fireplace consumes between 0.2 and 0.5 kilowatts per hour. When the optional heating module is switched on, this is increased by 0.75 or 1.5 kilowatts per hour, depending on which setting the heating module is used.

Never use abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents when maintaining or cleaning the fireplace.

 

How can I extend the lifespan of my electric fireplace?

Keep the room and fireplace as clean and dust-free as possible. Periodic maintenance helps to extend the lifespan of the fireplace. Additionally, for a bio-ethanol fireplace, only use ethanol suitable for atmospheric fireplaces. You can purchase this from us if needed.

For water vapor fireplaces, the quality of the water is very important. Lime present in the water can damage parts of the appliance. For a fireplace with a pump system, it is recommended to use demineralized water. For a water vapor fireplace connected to a water line, a water softener can improve the quality of the water.
